Our Mission
As a zookeeper experienced in caring for both wild and exotic species, you can rest assured that at Tokay Total Pet Care, we know the needs of your beloved pets, whether they are scaly, feathered, fluffy, or prickly.
At Tokay Total Pet Care, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality animal care for when standard pet sitting isn't enough.
Our exotic pet care services are available for all types of exotics animals, including, but not limited to parrots, softbills, amphibians, fish, tegus, tortoises, snakes, chinchillas, ferrets, bunnies, hedgehogs, and other small mammals/reptiles.

Routine daily care for up to 3 enclosures/aquariums. Includes prepared feeding, water changes, temperature and humidity audits, equipment/timer verification, waste spot-cleaning, and a digital visit report with photos.
*All packages include simple housekeeping tasks, such as retrieving mail.
This package includes everything in the Single Daily Package, but is more suitable for critters requiring both morning and evening care. Included are: morning lighting/uncovering and feeding, followed by evening tuck-in, misting, and equipment checks alongside all the basic feeding and husbandry tasks. Includes up to 3 enclosures/aquariums standard.
Comprehensive visit tailored for animals requiring extra care. Includes all standard husbandry tasks plus supervised handling/enrichment, fresh food preparation (e.g., bird chop, insect gut-loading), or routine oral/topical medication. Covers up to 3 enclosures.
Two approx. 45-minute visits daily for high-maintenance exotics, social parrots, or animals requiring time-sensitive twice-daily medications and out-of-cage exercise. Includes 3 animals standard.
Dedicated in-home overnight stay providing comprehensive care and overnight presence. Includes:
Complete evening routine (feeding, humidity misting, timer verification, cage covering, evening medications). Continuous overnight stay in the client's home. Complete morning routine (uncovering, fresh water/food prep, lighting activation, enclosure spot-cleaning). Basic home security measures (mail/package collection, alternating interior lights, light plant watering, trash bin rollout).
Covers up to 3 enclosures or 1 social avian setup.
Got more than three pets/enclosures? We have got you covered. For a small additional fee we can take care of your other pets/enclosures, including some basic care for non-exotic pets like cats and dogs.
We come at a time that is convenient for you to learn your home, pets needs, and routine in person. We have a small deposit for this initial visit, which is immediately credited towards your first booking should you continue with our services.

How do you ensure biosecurity?
— Biosecurity is a huge priority of ours. We make sure to disinfect all third-party tools between clients, and wear appropriate protective gear including gloves, and shoe covers when necessary.
